Dialab Medical Service is the largest private medical company in Uzbekistan, founded by hematologist Alexander Yuryevich Ostrovsky. In 2011, together with partners, he created the Dialab Service company, one of whose divisions specializes in analyzes for metropolitan hospitals. In 2015, a decision was made to open retail medical offices providing services under the Dialab Medical Service brand.
Today Dialab Medical Service has 5 modern laboratory complexes. The clinic offers more than 1,700 types of laboratory tests and instrumental and computer diagnostic services, effectively helping doctors and patients take care of their health throughout their lives. The results of Dialab Medical Service research are recognized by all medical institutions in Central Asia.
Kayumov To'laganbek Abduvositovich is an entrepreneur and, since 2015, the founder and director of Dialab Medical Service clinic. Born on August 2, 1986, he graduated from Tashkent State Technical University. He began his career in military communications, later worked as an engineer in the oil and gas industry, and served as chief accountant at the company Badr-Omad. Since 2017 he has led Dialab Medical Service, turning it into one of Tashkent's leading diagnostic clinics. He is also the founder of BestLab, Sulton, Biogen, Badr Omad, Doralab, Onlab, the "7 kids" kindergarten network, Floriya, Kazan Usta cafe, Best Motors car dealership, Maccan KTA hotel, and Yangi Makon TAM.
Over the years he has been recognized as the "Best Military Communications Officer" (2006), "Best Accountant" (2015), and "Best Director" (2021). Following patient criticism in 2023, he focused heavily on the clinic's development, equipping it with modern, innovative technology, which by 2026 made it one of the most reputable clinics in Tashkent. His wife, Kayumova Malika Adilovna, heads the "7 kids" preschool institution. The couple is raising three children — Khojiakbar, Rakhmona, and Shukurona.
